    The last chapter, on Orville’s passing in 1948 includes a retrospective on the aviation historical sites in the Dayton area, a review of extended family connections emunerated in Woodland Cemetery in Dayton, as well as a flash forward to a 2003 graveside ceremony with John Glenn and Neil Armstrong, commemorating 100 years of flight.
